If you have not spent them
Bought a pack and changed your mind? Write to support@zyvavo.com within 14 days and you get the whole amount back. No reason, no form, no questions about why.
The only condition is that the credits are still there. If you bought 300 and used none, you get all of it back.
If you spent some of them
You get back the part you did not use, worked out at the price you paid. Buy a 300-credit pack for $24, use 60, and you get $19.20 back.
This also stands for the full 14 days. We would rather you tried the thing properly and then left than felt trapped after one job.
If a job failed
You are not charged for work that did not finish. The server takes the credits before it starts and puts them back automatically if anything goes wrong.
If a job produced something obviously broken — a cut-out with half the product missing, an upscale that came back corrupted — tell us and we will return those credits too. You do not need to prove it; describing it is enough.
After 14 days
The window closes and spent credits stay spent. Unused credits keep working until their pack's window runs out.
If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, a pack never arrived, the service was down for days while your credits expired — write anyway. Time limits are for changes of mind, not for our mistakes.
How to ask
One email to support@zyvavo.com from the address on the account. Tell us roughly when you bought it and, if you want, what went wrong.
You do not have to argue your case. Say you want a refund and you will get one.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, through the payment provider, and normally land within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. That part is out of our hands.
Free things
The 100 credits every new account starts with are a gift and have no refund value.
Zyv-Wallpapers and Zyv-Scan are free, spend no credits, and therefore have nothing to refund.
