Your account
You need an account to spend credits. One person, one account. Keep the password to yourself — anything done with your sign-in counts as done by you.
New accounts receive 100 credits free. That is a gift, not a purchase, and it carries no refund value.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are not, an adult has to hold the account.
Credits
Credits are prepaid units that are spent when a job runs. Each tool's price is listed on the pricing page and inside the editor before you press anything.
Free signup credits do not expire. Purchased packs carry the window shown at the time of purchase — currently 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the pack. That window is stated on the pricing page and on your receipt.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except through the refund policy.
If a job fails, you are not charged. The server takes the credits before it starts and returns them automatically if the work does not complete. If you ever see a failed job that still cost you something, tell us and we will put it back.
What you may not do with it
Do not use Zyvavo to process material you have no right to process. Removing a watermark from a photograph you do not own is the obvious example — the tool cannot tell whose photo it is, so that judgement is yours.
Do not use it for anything illegal where you are, or for material that is sexual and involves children, or to build things designed to harm people.
Do not attempt to work around credit charges, script the API outside the app, or run automated load against the service.
Do not resell access. Using the output commercially is fine and encouraged — that is what it is for. Reselling the tool itself is not.
If you do these things the account gets closed and unused credits are forfeit.
Your work is yours
Everything you put in and everything that comes out belongs to you. We claim no rights over your images, your listings or anything you make with the tools, and we do not use them to train models.
You keep any commercial rights the source material already gave you. Zyvavo does not add rights you did not have — if you did not own the photograph before, cutting its background out does not change that.
What is and is not promised
Zyvavo is built and run by one person. It will sometimes be down, and when it is, it may stay down until he wakes up. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement, because promising one would be a lie.
Tools change. Some get better, some get removed, and some that appear in the menu are still being built — those are marked as such.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or losses that follow from using or not being able to use it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Other people's platforms
Sellovo runs inside AliExpress, eBay and Etsy pages in your own browser. Those marketplaces have their own rules and you are responsible for following them. Zyvavo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them.
Nor is it connected to Google, Meta, or any other company whose name appears in these tools.
Ending it
You can stop at any time — write to us and the account goes, along with anything in it.
We can close an account that breaks the rules above, or stop the service entirely. If we shut Zyvavo down while you are holding purchased credits, you get the unused balance back in money.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts there. If your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, you keep them — nothing here removes them.
If a court finds any part of this unenforceable, the rest still stands.
